It has never been more important to continue to support the health and wellbeing of your employees, especially as many of them are now working remotely.
LGIS is pleased to bring you an online health challenge called Fit24.
There are prizes and glory up for grabs as part of the LGIS Fit24 challenge.
Fit24 is a month long challenge with fitness, food and sleep goals that people taking part can do in the comfort and safety of their own home (or backyard).
In teams of four to seven - challengers will aim to eat less sugar, get more sleep and get moving for 24 days out of the month.
The more days participants reach their goals the more points they earn for their team.
The Fit24 website is interactive and designed to keep employees motivated and engaged throughout the challenge, connected virtually with their fellow team members, and allows them to keep a close eye on their competitors.
The challenge kicks off on June 1, 2020.
The program cost is $48 + GST per person and can be paid for out of your LGIS Health & Wellbeing funding.
