
The cyber team at Clyde & Co who serve as the incident response (IR) manager and/or legal support as part of your cyber cover, will be moving their whole team across to a newly created legal services and consulting firm called Atmos.
Atmos is a legal and advisory firm solely dedicated to cyber, privacy and digital risk, making it the first of its kind and largest dedicated offering in Australia and New Zealand. Atmos will have the same capability to continue servicing you.
What this means for members
Where you have previously engaged Clyde & Co for cyber incidents, the same individuals who have assisted on your matter will effectively continue with conduct at Atmos.
There is no change to your claim notification procedures.
We support Clyde & Co cyber team's move to Atmos and look forward to working with them to continue to service our members.
Please update your incident management response plans accordingly.
