We're improving accessibility of our ergonomic videos by adding closed captions. Like our members we're committed to diversity and inclusion and seek to make our resources as accessible as possible.

Our 'How to set up a workstation' video is now available with captions. This resource helps local government employees set up their workstation so that it's more comfortable and reduces potential injury.

Many of us are spending more time sitting at work which can lead to pain, discomfort and injury. Our injury prevention team has put this video together for members to avoid desk related musculoskeletal injuries.

We are also working to update our online injury prevention courses, manual tasks and ergonomics awareness, with captions.

Captions are important as they provide accessibility to audiences who have hearing impairment, are hard-of-hearing or have English as their second language. We also know sometimes it's just easier to have captions when you're in an open plan office!
