​Psychological injury and psychosocial risks are explicitly mentioned in the Work, Health and Safety Act (2020) WA. To assist employers and 'PCBUs' the Work Health and Safety Commission has issued a series of codes of practice which focus on different areas where psychosocial as well as physical harm may be experience in the workplace.
