In the event of damage to your property, please contact the LGIS claims team as soon as practicable.  Where the situation requires steps to be taken to minimise further damage or where there is risk to the public, you may undertake emergency repairs. Your claims consultant can guide you through the initial steps which may include the appointment of a loss adjuster.

The LGIS Claims team will support you with specialist advice on the management of the claim and take you through the process and authorise repairs/replacement. 

To support this process, you should provide the following:

  1. Complete the LGIS Property claim form (pdf).
  2. Photographs of all damages.
  3. A written estimate of repair costs.

Invoices are to be forwarded to the LGIS claims team who will assess the claim against the Protection wording and finalise your reimbursements.
