The forum's keynote speaker, Professor Michael Eburn, is a prominent researcher in emergency services, emergency management and the law. Dr. Eburn is widely recognised for his popular blog - Australian Emergency Law. His current research on law and governance in emergency management is funded by the Australian Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC.
