LGIS have enhanced and refreshed our health and wellbeing program for 2022/23.
New financial wellbeing services will be welcomed by local government staff feeling pinched at the hip pocket. The services are general in nature, and will provide participants with a better understanding of their own financial wellbeing. Services will be delivered via online / webinar based learning.
Meanwhile lifestyle and behavioural changes will be supported with a deepened offering that includes hands on and practical support – the focus has moved from raising awareness to 'doing'. The lifestyle and behavioural suite includes diet and exercise, online behavioural change services, and mental wellbeing.
Our popular health screening and education offering continues in 2022/23 and includes:
- Skin cancer screening
- Health assessments
- Flu vaccinations
- Health education/webinars
- Financial wellbeing education
