​LGIS is very pleased to welcome James Larkin to the role of WorkCare Services Manager. James says:

I feel privileged to move into the role of Manager, WorkCare Services, and look forward to assisting all our members work towards a strategic approach to injury prevention and employee health and wellbeing. My four and a half years as an Injury Prevention Consultant allowed me to visit all regions of WA, and a large percentage of our member base.

I understand the uniqueness of WA local governments, and I hope my experience will allow me to lead our team to provide innovative and targeted services to further reduce musculoskeletal claims and overall claims costs within the LGIS WorkCare and Bushfire portfolios.

Over the next few months, keep a look out for our online injury prevention resources, refreshed health and wellbeing program, and some new faces within the injury prevention team.
