Are you Sleepfit?

Did you know? Sleep related fatigue makes workers 70 per cent more likely to be involved in accidents than workers reporting low levels of fatigue.

Sleep plays a vital role in good health and wellbeing, protecting mental and physical health, quality of life, and safety.

The Sleep Health Foundation found the combined effects of inadequate sleep and sleep disorders impacts 40 per cent of the Australian workforce.

This accounts for an annual productivity loss of $17.9B or $2,418 in lost productivity per affected employee.

LGIS is working with Sleepfit as a new provider on the Health & Wellbeing panel.

The aim of the Sleepfit Program is to help our members and staff understand sleep, improve sleep habits, and provide guidance and referrals for sleep issues.

The launch of the new Sleepfit program via a video conference will take place on October 7 at 10am.

Sleepfit CEO Melissa Webster will run this presentation in partnership with LGIS.
