Damage glass claims
You can call O'Brien directly on 1800 000 388. Simply arrange for your windscreen to be repaired and provide LGIS with the invoice for payment. Other glass repairers can be used.
Heavy motor accident assist
For any emergency accidents involving vehicles 5 tonnes and above contact either Claire Buchanan or Chad Cossom.
How to make a claim
For us to review your claim as quickly as possible, please email the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:

- Preferred repairer’s quote and images
Once we have your preferred repairer’s quotes and images our motor assessors will review and authorise repairs for you. This streamlined process will ensure that downtime is minimal and we get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
In the event that your vehicle is not drivable as a result of the accident damage, and a replacement vehicle is required, we would request that you obtain a like for like vehicle from mainstream providers such as Hertz, Thrifty, Avis or Budget. Please also ensure you follow any of your internal policies for vehicle hire. Reimbursement of fair and reasonable hire car costs to Members will be in line with the Protection wording and where it is established by the Member that the hiring of vehicles was necessary and reasonable in all the circumstances.
Reimbursement of fair and reasonable towing costs to Members will be in line with Protection wording and where it is established by the Member that the towing of vehicles was necessary and reasonable in all the circumstances. You can use any towing service, but we list examples for your convenience below:
